Hire Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are the standard terms for the hire of baby and maternity occasion wear clothing and accessories by Belles and Babes Limited, a Private Limited Company registered in England under number 10822251, whose registered address is 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, United Kingdom, WC1N 3AX (“We/Us/Our”).
These Terms and Conditions govern the hire of clothing and accessories from Us (the “Service”) and will form the basis of the contract between Us and You. Before using the Service, please ensure that You have read these Terms and Conditions carefully. If You are unsure about any part of these Terms and Conditions, please ask Us for clarification.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time so we cannot guarantee that each order you place will be subject to the same terms. Therefore, you should read and print the Terms and Conditions on each occasion that you place an order.
1. Overview of Services
1.1 We offer a range of different Services depending on your location and choice.
1.1.1. Hire of occasion wear clothing and accessories, together referred to as an “Outfit”. This Service is available either:
184.108.40.206 As an in-person appointment (“Appointment”), available in the Bristol area, where We will bring all available Outfits to Your home, during which You will have the opportunity to try on all available Outfits and select your choice to hire.
220.127.116.11 By post, available to any address within the United Kingdom, where You can select your choice of Outfit from our Product Gallery, and We will despatch it to You for You to hire and subsequently return to Us (“Postal Hire”).
1.1.2. Hire of every day maternity clothing, referred to as a “Capsule Wardrobe”.
1.1.3. Hire of every day baby clothing, referred to as an “Organic Baby Clothing Subscription”.

4. Why we need to process your personal information
The GDPR requires us to have and explain a lawful basis for processing your personal information. In most instances, for example where you have booked an appointment or requested a service via our website, we enter into a contract with you at this point and we process your data in order to fulfil that contract. Any personal data stored by us will be deleted (or, where stored on paper, destroyed by shredding) once this contract is complete.
We will endeavour to ensure that all third parties which process your data (such as Wix and Paypal) also do so lawfully, and where possible that your personal information will also be deleted from these services either when our contract with you is complete or when the information is no longer needed (for example, for accounting purposes).
